18x18x36 is the large and the xxl is 24x24x48 im just having a hard time thinking thatll work bc its not the exact same size and dont wanna waste 70$ on the xl cage i might just have to buy it and see if it can be done

I was thinking itd be too top heavy i have this heavy wooden thing for the bottom cage to weigh it down and i have some other ideas on how to keep it together i just dont know if a x large reptibreeze would fit with a large reptibreese on the top

Very true i was wondering would raising the t5 just by a inch or so reduce the output because thats what i did and it seems to work

I mean with a glass sided cage anything can really happen chameleon can fall and not had mbd, but i just thought it made more sense.

For some reason in thinking you should use a 12% t5 ho with d3 for you size cage, especially if u ever plan on adding tmstuff to your cage, but i might be wrong

You should honestly just take the substrate out its a lot better for the chameleon and easier to clean, its not good for them to eat
