My thought would be to try to move the cages as intact as possible so that their environment (plants, vines etc) aren't different. I would not dis-assemble and then re-assemble at the new place. .... And I would make them their own move with all of their equipment. Dont try to move your personal...
You said he was just 3 1/2 months old... is he gaping to help his shedding? Chameleons will open their mouths like a yawn to stretch and loosen the skin on their head to get it off. At that age I would think he would be growing fast and shedding to keep up with growth. With all other things...
I agree. I just bought 2 large breeder cages from Bill @Dragon Strand and put them up on a bakers rack. I love his cages ! But, like you I hate how industrial it looks. All of the lights, wires, fogger, mister etc showing. I have a picture of my set up on here. It is a work in progress I will...
This is actually Two Large Breeder cages side by side. They are on a large bakers rack on wheels so I can roll it out to clean around and under if I need to.

I also bought four extra dragon ledges. I had to ask Bill to send me the white ones to match the cage. The ones you order online are black. The bottom ledges were too high for my liking. So I...
I bought superworms for my Rudis Chameleons... but they look so big. Will Trioceros Sternfeldi really eat superworms or are they too big for them? They now eat crickets (sm-med), mealworms and wax worms.
I have a question about Calcium dusting....... I dust my crickets with CA +D3 for my Trioceros Sternfeldi to 'free range' but the crickets clean off the calcium and by the time they get eaten there really isn't anything left on them. How much should my chameleons have and how should I make sure...
Adorable babies ! I just got a pair of Rudis Chameleons myself. I am hoping they breed someday. It would be a great experience to watch them grow up. .... Any updated pictures of your babies?
Here is 'Rudy' my new Rudis Chameleon. I posted a picture of his girlfriend 'Amelia' in another thread. I wanted to ask about is frequent color changes and what you all think of him and what his colors mean. He is sometimes green with yellow sides, sometimes chocolate brown and sometimes olive...
