Also if he is still eating, drinking, and active then you shouldn't worry about that fall. My chameleon fell about 5 feet on to concrete, and he was perfectly fine.:D

98 degrees is too hot. Lower it down to 85 degrees. No you shouldn't be worried that he is circing, that means that he is healthy and active.

No that is cup feeding, hand feeding is when you get the feeder on your hand and the chameleon eats it.

Try hand feeding him, and he will think that your arn't a threat to him.

Hand misting is fine, if it is stressing him out try to do it a little further, or when hes not paying attention.

You sould dust with plain calcium at every feeding, calcium with D3 twice a month, and miltivitamins twice a month. It is not nessacary to have a substate, it is actually bad for them.
