Pet stores really shouldnt carry any animal if they dont know how to care for it. Like Petsmart. More like PetDumbAss. However there is an excellent store in my hometown called Reptile Kingdom. They take WONDERFUL care of their pets.. I REALLY want to work there.
Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Lennon is a male, veiled. About six months old. Ive had him for about six weeks.
Handling - I have been a little more lately just to make sure there is nothing physical out of place. But other than that, I only really handle him every third day and only if...
Aww your so sweet to her. Your such a good pet owner. Pats on the head for you!
Anyways, love the set up and she is looking very well. How has her movement been? I can only see so much from photos.
Are those chinchillas? I think we had those as a class pet in kindergarten. They liked to chew on my fingernails.
I guess I was the weird one cuz I always giggled while the rest of the little girls screamed.
Wow... thats a lot of spiders. I hate spiders but for some reason tarantulas dont bother me that much. Youd think they would cuz of their size but its the little-big ones like wolf spiders that make me scream.
I have...
A cat. She is about 8 months old and her name is Obsidian.
She doesnt like baths...
And I have a box turtle named Fidget. I think he's a girl and I say he because for years I though he was a guy so I just call him he. I guess he's a bit of a transie. I have had him...
Well thanks! I think Ill try that out and the prices seem reasonable. But Im wondering how Id keep them alive? I guess Id have to find some plants and other snails theyd eat.
Edit: Well I just saw that they will eat veggie matter so I guess that would be a good gutload.
So has anyone tried frogs? Now dont bite my head off I have no idea if its good for them or not so Im not willing to try it until I get some confirmation.
So right now I have Lennon on a diet of butterworms, silkworms and crickets but Im looking to expand it a little.
So I was wondering what do you feed your cham and where do you buy it?
Oh definitely alone. If you wanted to get a second, it is an absolute must to get another cage. The only reason they should be in the same cage is when your breeding them.
If you keep them together they will fight or stress each other out.
