How long have you been using calcium with d3 for and how often? overdosing on d3 can lead to all sorts of issues.
I am sorry Malygos is not well. Are both of his eyes always closed? Also, how long has that bump been on his mouth for?
Unfortunately you can't put chams on autopilot like that for much longer than a weekend.

Find someone you can trust that isn't afraid of crickets or a little cage housekeeping ;)
no, she just means the going rate for nosy mitsios in the UK is just as cheap as ambanjas because they are a lot more common over there. bummer for us americans. gotta love that rhasta color scheme!
Worst case scenario, you might be able to find a fellow forum member in your area to take in your chameleon ($10-15/day sounds reasonable). This seems like a good, trustworthy community!
It's not what other people prefer, its what YOU prefer :)
that being said, mitsio's are a lot harder to come by. You will have an easier time finding an ambilobe of any color
Hello, I have a 4 mo old cham from Bruce too :)
I feed mine 3 or 4 a day. He won't eat anymore than that. I feed them one at a time by putting them on a branch near him..he wont handfeed from me yet but I try everyday. Gotta make sure u supplement. Get the worm's back a little wet first and dip...
Looks good to me! I was worried mine was on the smaller side to. Recently he has been going through a growth spurt though.
Here he is at 4 months studying investing
As soon as I need a bigger cage for my panther when hes an adult, I am going to be getting a carpet chameleon for the smaller 16x16x30 vacant enclosure.
Check them out! I can't wait! Both the males and females are awesome
EDIT: nevermind..you want a larger chameleon you say...how about a...

It was given to her from a lady who did not think her daughter was caring for it. That says enough
She needs to be x rayed to see if she is retaining eggs along with other problems. This makes me angry how people buy pets without doing proper research. A chameleon is no pet for a child (sounds like the previous owner).
Best of luck, I really hope your veiled thrives under your care.
Start him on calcium supplement. Get him to a reptile vet if possible. He has MBD which was caused by improper care from the previous owner. That is why his limbs are bowed
Sorry to rain bad news on you and your new pet.
Are you sure it's not a female? Is there a bump on the back feet? I just...
If you don't get a deal on a male, at least try to get back the difference in price between his males and females. Here is a pic from today of my faly at 4 mo's to entice you to get a second though :D his eyes slightly sunk because it was hotter than hell today
here is my faly 3 months when i first got him and again 2 weeks later. Their colors will really start to pop in the 4th and 5th months :D
..but if you don't see anything by then, you probably accidentally received a female!
