Since I did "cpr" on Crayola after he fell in water, my coworkers call me the "chameleon whisperer." They can't believe I'd give "mouth to mouth" to a LIZARD!!!:eek: They say they wouldn't have tried to save him....he's just a lizard. :mad:

When did he last shed? Shedding can make them a bit grumpy, and they will open their mouths...almost like yawning...to stretch and crack the skin.

It was actually pretty good! Now, I'm wondering if they'd like me to work weekends to improve the set up and sell a few animals. In exchange for a cham and set up, of course.:p

A new reptile store opened nearby, so, of course, I had to visit.;) They have a little of everything...snakes, iquanas, swifts, geckos, spiders, scorpions, and CHAMS! I'm in trouble!!!!! While the cham setups weren't perfect, they were far superior to what you see in the big chain stores...

He's gorgeous! My male is a little younger than Zippy, but he's showing some of the same colors....I can't wait until he colors up as nicely as Zippy (don't tell him I said that ;)). How do you get such great pictures? Crayola HATES the camera and my phone! He will literally leap to get away...

I leave 'em for the cats...who are laying in wait. I've even purposely tossed a couple that had grown too large for the cham to the cats. :eek:
