That sounds a lot like what happened to my little guy except it was both of his eyes. The vet gave me some eye drops for him and it was been clearing up. Your best bet would be the vet.

Sounds good. I bought some bamboo I am going to be adding to it soon. Just gotta wash it and such, and figure out where it's gonna go.

I took him to the vet today and the vet said that his eyes are discharging a liquid that is keeping his eyes shut. He opened them with a q-tip and gave me some eyes drops to give to him. He said it should be cleared up in about a week. Anybody else ever had this problem?

He closes his eyes when he is in his cage, and he won't even look at food.

And he holds his mouth open for long periods of time. This mean anything?

I'm out of town currently, my mom said he opened his eyes and is more active since I got him outta his cage. I had him out this morning and he was just opening a little slit, they weren't completely closed.

I took him out of the cage and let him crawl around and he opened His eyes. I am moving him cages to see if he improves.

A vet visit might be in order. I'll try to get a better picture tomorrow morning of both eyes.

I believe so. They are no bigger than the width of his head.

This is my cage, his is the right side of the picture, my other cham is the left. He always hangs out in the bottom left of the picture. There are vines, and a locket shelf that the vine sits on that he crawls around on.
