Where are you getting him from? Most breeders offer some kind of guarantee. Be sure to have the package overnight and held at the post office. You don't want him sitting on your doorstep in the heat. If you do that I think it's pretty rare.

Also this thing landed on me at the park. It looked like a cross between a stink bug and a grasshopper. It was big ( about 1.5 inches )and looked like it was made of armor. Very crunchy hard shell. It was to big for my Cham but just curious. Never seen anything like it.

I agree about the dragon ledges. I still put a few branches in with thumbtacks even with the dragon ledges. Dragon ledges really come into play when trying to support pots. All the weight is distributed to the frame intend of the screen.

The stones need to be large enough that your Cham can't swallow them. Mine are river stones. The smallest is about an inch. You should not have any substrate of any kind on the floor or anywhere else in the enclosure. You don't want your Cham to injest anything that might stick to his tongue...

My guy boycotts anything I give him everyday. Crickets, blue bottle flies, silks or hornworms. It doesn't matter, he eventually gets bored. When that happens I just stop feeding whatever it is and then reintroduce it a week later. That seems to work.

I'd go for narrower and longer also. I figure if someone wanted more coverage the could hook up two. One in the front and one in the back. That way you could piece them easier around the lights.
