20 Celsius at night is fine for any chameleon so long as it doesn't drop past 17.
24 degrees Celsius may even be to high. They require a drop in temps to sleep well.
It's actually a bamboo folding garden fence I picked up from Fred Meyers for around 14$ They are generally a seasonal item in my area. If you live in a year around sunny place you might be able to find them at walmart, Home Depot or lowes.
