7" is not much of a height for danger,
Chams are known to ball up and play dead, Hopefully she is still playing possum.
I say keep watshing her from a distance to see if she calms down or
you can then decide if something is wrong..

So far from most of the post here it's suggested to stick him in the shower,
this should allow ur cham to swooch\clean out it's eye in case it has something in it,
Be sure to not point the shower sprayer directly on cham,

Yeah,
I messed up a few pump hand misters trying to incorparate a Tank heater in it.
I can't seem to get the plug (Used crazy glue,epoxy and sillycone lol) to no avail, It pops after just a bit of pumping
