It really is going to depend on the water in your area. The chlorine in the misted water usually has dissipated in the tiny dropplets by the time it has reached the chameleon. I use distilled water since I have an automatic mist system and want to keep the machine in better shape. Otherwise I'd...

I've been feeding my 5 month old panther superworms! Its one of the only things he'll eat out of my hands. It's the mealworms that isn't good for chameleons. Harder for them to digest.
