How often should he shed?
my 1 year old male veiled hasn't shed in about a month. he's not growing very much lately but it seems a little long. the humidity is around 50-60%, higher when misting(obviously, lol:p) how often should he shed?- peddro

I think there is a caterpillar in my hibiscus.
the leaves have been getting holey and at first i though my veiled was eating the leaves, but there are holes in the middle of the leaves and i don't he is capable of chewing like that:confused: i sprayed it with the hose outside and checked the leaves but can't find any bugs. what should i do?- peddro

he is dark. he looks cold. the thermometer is 6" from the bulb. my house is usually pretty cold so... the UVA bulb is just a basking bulb, not swirly thingy-don't worry. he just sat there all day. i had to put some plastic under the cage and he climbed up to the top as he was a little concerned...- peddro

for UVB make sure you get a Repti-sun 5.0 linear tube style. no other. NO COMPACT LIGHTS! good luck!- peddro

ok. the only thing is the top of the cage is aluminum 1/2" hardware cloth, so the light goes through easier.. would it still be ok??- peddro
