3 weeks is a long time for a Juvi to be stuck in shed. Mist mist and more mist. Warm water will be more pleasent. I'd say 5 a day till its worked out.. how much are u misting now? And where does ur humidity sit before misting? Also misting sessions shouldn't be below 3 minutes

Flouresents can get hot to the touch. Not to mention if ur cham decides to climb on it could cause issues such as bulb slipping out breaking, none the less what about a heat light?

As long as temps are good u can not get enough sunlight its the best thing for them! They can't overdose on sunlight but they can from D3 supplement. so cut down the d3 dusting if hes gonna be outside more than a couple hrs a day. :)
A baby can have problems finding food in a large enclouser without the use of cup feeding. And none the less he needs a week or so to settle before not eating is such a concern..
Oh and I get alot of good info from junior memebers so i wouldnt narrow ur acceptance of input to just seniors ;)
