Don't turn her light off.. the water should dry out inbetween mistings. It's prevents mold growth.. and keeps bacteria to a minimum..

A panther especially can handle the additional UVB from the 10.0. They also can have higher baskig spots than most and a tick over veileds recommend at 89-91. Panthers are comfortable up to around 95 degrees give or take.

on his back feet where the "heel" should be there should either be a little bump or nothings at all.. little bump indicates a male! it will be on the back of his back feet.. right where it splits into his two "fingers"
it can definatly take a week or two to adjust to something new.. is it timed or constant? keep an eye on your humidity levels. jacksons like it moist but ya dont want mold to start up.
im not tramendously experienced with the outdoor keeping. but i dont see a problem with it.. if your concerned about it you can put a uvb light near a corner so he can bask in it if he wants.
