For those of you who do not know, there is a new TV show coming on called, "Dr. K's Exotic Animal ER. It starts Oct. 4th at 10 pm Eastern time. On the preview, I did see her stitching up what looked like a chameleon.

My chameleons belong to me. They are my babies. My husband likes to watch them, but that's it. My kids will care for them if we go away. I am going to be training the little girl in our neighborhood how to care for them.

I think your cham will tell you what is good for HIM. Obviously, if he displays his beautiful colors, he is a happy camper. If he gets dark, by all mean, put him back.

All of my plants, pothos, rubber tree, etc. are all planted in pots and sit at the bottom of the cage. Plant in good soil, but arrange large river rocks to cover the soil. Do not put substrate in the bottom of your cage, as the chams may eat it. :eek: Good Luck with your cutie.

Yes, mama's are VERY weak after laying. Let her rest when she is done and keep a good eye on her. When she is done, she still needs lots of water. Don't leave her with crickets in the cage. If you have a dubia or some other worm, leave that with her. Keep her lights on during the...
