Here's some more pictures, as per Lathis' request. The little turd actually let me hold him! Usually he turns dark and "runs" away but he just kinda sat there and let me pick him up this time.
Long story short, Handsome Jack hasn't grown up much since I got him. Can anyone help me troubleshoot here? He gets a decent sized meal every day, he gets a lot of water, and his temperatures are right. I've given him calcium+D3 once since I got him and I make sure his crickets are gutloaded...
That kinda sucks. Have you played any of the other Elder Scrolls games? Personally I haven't. In fact, my brother got Skyrim first a while ago and I've basically been hooked since then.
Long story short, I'm so addicted to Skyrim it's not even funny. Seriously. It's the best game ever. There's just so much to do and the gameplay is awesome and the graphics are amazing. Are there any other folks on this forum who are hopelessly addicted to Skyrim?
We haven't found him yet. He's 5" long at most. My mom said she'd look for him-in the mean time I had to go to school so I can't really look for him from here.. But our whole house is making sure we watch every step we take and making an effort to find the little guy. I just hope we find...
Handsome Jack got off of his free range setup today and we can't find him! Can someone give me the procedures and stuff and tell me what to do if a chameleon escapes?
Well shoot. I was under the impression that they NEEDED screen cages. Sorry. :P
I kinda meant that they'll have to be separated soon, not really ASAP. They just can't be kept together FOREVER, let's put it that way. :)
I wholeheartedly agree with you that BP breeding is pretty much out of control. It's pretty sad how few breeders there seem to be who aren't just in it for the money. However, you'd probably be extremely hard-pressed to find, say, a chameleon breeder who's just out for a quick buck. I just wish...
Jackson's need a screen cage and a basking spot of 82-85 degrees. They are a montane species, so they thrive in cooler temperatures than some other chameleons, but they still need a basking spot. Also, I'd separate them as soon as possible if I were you. Chameleons do best when they're kept...
Here's a few pictures of him from today. He HATES my phone. I don't know if you can tell from the pictures, but he looks like his horns are starting to grow out. :D
