Everything looks perfect. However, it's not necessary to have a heat source for night time unless your house drops below 50*F(10*C). And also I would suggest putting the enclosure on top of like a nightstand or something to get it off the ground a few feet. They like to be as high as they can be...

18'' should be fine, that's what I have. If some people can get away with a compact bulb I'm sure an 18'' tube is fine.

I am rather inexperienced with chameleons, so you might not want what I have to say alter your decision. I have only had one veiled and one panther. Out of the two, the panther is definitely more friendly and less shy. Overall I prefer panthers because of the amazing bright and various colors...
