3 weeks later she is still a big ole chicken. She is completely the opposite of my male. Within 2 weeks of having my male, he was not scared of me and would eat out of my hands. She still will not eat from me, or when I am around. She still hangs upside down from the top of her cage. Which...
I set up my mistking in my 2x2x4 with two nozzles. One in each top corner across from each other. This covers everything I want it to. It also has dry areas he can run to if he doesnt want to get wet. The mist will build up on the top and "Rain" down on everything else.
I am pretty...
He turns 10mo this weekend, but I will be out of town. He says hello after a shower.. He thought I had food, but nope just taking some pics... He is such an eating machine!!!!
Let me know what you think!!!:D
say CORN! haha. not popcorn! Us Huskers take our corn Seriously!!! lol. The constant water flow that goes on in a Cham cage will cause your corn to have "Rootless Corn Syndrome" (No I didnt just make that up) haha. Not to mention you would need quite a bed of dirt on the bottom. Shallow seed...

I put 15 in when I feed my male in the AM and they are all gone within 5 minutes. He is almost 10months. Aggressive eater. Its almost impossible for me to keep anything in his cage before he gets to it.
All the vet did for me was get the gunk out. Which sounds like you have done. and gave me Tobramycin Ophthalmic Soultion USP 0.3% for his eye drops which i applied twice a day for 14 days.
My biggest issue was I could not get that big ole thing of gunk out of his eye.
Ive read that superworms are a bit fatty and somewhat addicting. But silk worms are very good for them. So I would assume silk are better for them, but its always good to have a variety.
Mine has never been bit from a superworm. And he loves them. Hornworms could bite them if they are big.
My main feeder is crickets.. I just cant do the roaches. with superworms or horn or silk worms as treats.
I just set up my mistKing. I can say that I really like it. It is very quiet. and before I got it, my Chams HATED being misted.
Now they love it due to the fine mist of the MistKing. Not to mention you can program the timer to go off 8 times, for any amount of time you choose.
I am very...
I dont know if its the same thing my guy had, But they gave me eye drops to drop in his eye twice a day for 14 days.

Sad to Hear..... The Vet that I went to in LA was very helpful.
They are on Balboa and Roscoe. and I believe the Dr.s name was Adler. He knows Chams and really helped out my boy with an eye issue.
