I feed my trio every other day. I dust with calcium (no D3) every feeding, and use vitamin dust once a week. As for how much, I make sure each get between 8 and 15 adult size crickets or similar size food item each feeding. This is my schedule for my Panthers. Hope that helps some!:)

Hatch Rite or Vermiculite. Vermiculite is the way I am going, and it can be gotten cheap. Vermiculite holds water better then Perlite.

Cool, I picked up a bunch of it from the site I linked. Much cheaper then LLL.

Nice setup and cute little guys. Yea that eye looks pretty bad, I'd say he needs a vet, but trying to flush it with a nice long warm misting probably wouldn't be a bad idea in the meantime.
