The best is to cup feed. My 3 month old panther picked it up in a few days. Now he sits there staring at it waiting for more food. I wish I did this for my first cham its so much easier then finding dead crickets on the ground. Also you dont have to worry about them hurting your cham. I...
I am never buying anything from wormman again it took almost 2 weeks for my crickets to arrive. They said 2-3 day shipping.... I had to go to pet co. and we all know how great the price is...
a method of gut loading beforehand is to starve the crikets for 12-24 hours then 1 hour before feeding give them a gutload. They will much it all down for they are starved. A cricket is only good as long as it hasent pooped.

I just worry that he will jump and hurt himself. Today I was cleaning and he jumped and fell like 2 feet. He just sat there for a second then hid in his plant for an hour.
Man this little guy cant sit still. Hes only 3 months old and when I tried to take him out to move him outside for a bit he kept jumping put of my hands! I have never had a cham do that. My vield never did he just hissed and stayed on my hand. I guess he is staying in his cage till hes older...
