She most likely has egg(s) still. Unfortunately, I have witnessed it, to my favorite ever chameleon, actually. Get an xray just to be sure. It's unwanted guilt. :(
This summer while recouping, my son decided to melt our oven. Needless to say, our house was overrun with smoke. I did move everyone outside overnight. But, they still got a good dose. For maybe two days, they just didn't seem 100%. No definitive something is wrong with this one or that one, but...
I use the 24" x 24" self adhesive linoleum (might be trapertine) squares attached to the pvc floors. You can cut them down with a razor blade, if needed. All kinds of crazy to natural patterns @ Lowes. It stiffens the pvc, for less bowing from laying bins or plants. Keeps crix from escaping...

3) Reptiles expand their skin and jaw for alignment. Most of my panthers yawn first thing in the morning, swallow a little just before the first cricket of the day. However, you are correct, usually overheated.
I only feed it dry. Wet is a complete waste. The crickets simply don't eat enough of it, if anything else is available. Now dry, it is all gone by that night.
