If its a female then a 18x18x36 screen cage is great. Males need the larger cages. Are you dusting the food with vitamins?? Also you should try feeding super worms instead of mealworms, as mealworms aren't as healthy. Your setup actually looks fine but what is the temperature and humidity?
I heard that it is useless to feed a pinky to your Cham unless they are skinny. This is because pinkys don't have calcium. Im no expert so I would wait for another post
Firstly, I would remove the moss especially for a veiled! Next, try touching them really softly and see if they react (if so, they may be hurt). I would also monitor them and if they stay the same, a vet is your best option
