You need a better habitat for them. Put some live plants in there like Ficus or hibiscus. And you should have made sure you had all of the right materials for your cham before you buy one. And they dont drink from a water bowl they drink the water when it falls down from the leaves.
So you have him in a 2 x 2 x 4?!? And he isn't eating because of shedding maybe. My friends Cham didn't eat for 2 weeks. If he is atleasst eating then he's fine. Take some pics of him and the enclosure. And what are the temps? Humidity? What kind of UVB? Basking bulb?

They do well in smaller enclosures and like cooler temperatures compared to panthers and veileds. A great smaller species to work with. The are called Rudis chameleons or Rough chameleons
