Doodlebug - One of Many Sons of El Lobo

He is 8 months old. He has seen my little Ambilobe female and totally starts bobby his head. The funny thing is this little dance he does by standing tall on all four and bouncing while bobbing his head. I have got to find a female Sambava to mate him with. Oh and thanks! :)

    There be wee ones....

Day two... So I now have four...I am amazed at how small and fragile-looking these little ones are. They sleep a little then move, sleep a little more, then move. Some still have the little yolk sak attached. Eyes open every now and then. Temperatures and humidity are up (87 degrees F and...

As a matter of fact... They did! Temperatures incubated at about 70 degrees F (low) and 72 degrees (high). There were three days back in November that it got down to 50 degrees in our house when the furnace died. I honestly thought the eggs were dead and had planned to trash them. They...

Are there any differences in color onset in males depending on the local? Just curious as I do not believe I have seen this discussion. I have a male Sambava, from El Lobo, who tried to fire up today...LOL He saw a little female for the first time. WOW! He is going to look like his dad. Up...

    Incubation Methods....

Is it best to incubate in an incubator or just in tupperware like containers? I would assume a reptile incubator would be the best. Is this correct and what brands are recommended?

I agree but it is an interesting topic to explore. I am still sorry that he lost his Chameleon. Kumar died about three hours ago now.

Panther symptoms of illness with no obvious causes or indicators

The passing of Kumar... :( After trying almost everything to save him Kumar died this morning. He was not digesting the food being fed to him and would regurgitate it after an hour or so. Without sounding to dramatic here I am emotionally exhausted over this and somewhat angry! Poor little...
