My point exactly. DeadHd I was thinking more along the lines of people incriminating themselves in that manner if threads devolved into arguments or anger etc(which tends to happen easily on any forum lol)
If you "out" a crappy pet store and they find out who you are then you may face legal repercussions. Defacing a business is similar to slander I believe and you may be sued and/or charged as a result. I've worked for good and bad pet stores and been to both. They will always exist as long as...
Was just gonna ask if you owned any birds. Really good idea. Love your free range setup and squees blue is amazing. Was squee named after JTHM neighbour?
I'm not sure if I would expect a bulb to do much as far as odor. You can get decent air filters now that have built in UV sterilizers(light) and ion generation(not sure how it works lol). Really good for cleaning the air of mold, odor, bacteria etc. I use one in my room with the cham to keep...
I believe most animals can have albino or close to albino morphs. I never thought it was a good idea for any amphibian or reptile that lack pigment to be in general pet trade because of weaker genetics IMO. Anything that needs the sun to live has a definite disadvantage if it lacks pigment.
I'm also not 100% sure on the moldicide but the original DIY's I had read on it said the GEII did not contain whereas the I did. IMO if you are looking at getting nice vines nothing beats natural grapevine. I'm actually planning on harvesting some soon myself I just feel funny walking around the...
+1 for GE II black (for screen doors) and I think the Great Stuff that is general used is the red or black can. I think the more it expands the better it cures out but not sure exactly why these two are used. I know the blue for windows and things is not used.
I was thinking something similar. Don't know about worse but definitely not so fun when you have a big boy mellers or oustalet attached to bare skin. Haven't been bit by a big species ever though lol. I would assume WC bites to be much nastier than a long captive individual or CB though...
That's odd. I would agree and say sounds like a nutritional thing. Animals may eat dirt for a variety of reasons though. Sometimes for nutrient lack, sometimes because of poisoning/toxicity in the body, sometimes from nutrient lack from pregnancy(which apparently human women do in some cultures...
So I'm picking up the WC oustalets finally today and have decided on some experimental relaxation therapy after the hydration chamber. Just going to loop the computer speakers in their room on rainforest and jungle sounds lol. I have a feeling it works on most animals the way it does on humans...
Since so many threads on mist systems lately I'll repost this on yours as well. Potentially quite useful.

Yeah I use vinegar on the my salt ppm meters. Just found this though. Seemed fairly useful although some silicon would improve it. Only other fault I see is potentially too much pressure.

This thread is proving quite useful to me as well. I have some extra maxi-jets from the saltwater tank kicking around...now to get the salt and strontium deposits off....
I guarantee it has something to do with the colors they can see. I remember in biology learning something about how bulls will attack red because its one of the only colors they can clearly make out from other colors. I would say a cham is smarter than a bull any day but not sure what color...
One reason I had thought of it. I have never been able to trust anyone to keep any of my animals properly while I'm gone(even with internet, books, instructions on paper lol). Mist King sounds cheaper and better than several products I've seen. MATT2504 I'm actually in the cheap knockoff...
