I am having problems with mine as well, but I really like the idea of the tubes. Makes it easy to capture them and feed 1 at a time. I'm thinking of using a tupperware or plastic storage box with pvc pipe as a replacement.
I use EFNET for a few irc channels...once in awhile. Would for sure use one here though. Isn't there a plug-in for these forums that you can join from the site? Like a java aplet for irc?
Yeah my new jackson's didnt eat for about 4 days. I was freaking out. But once he felt a little comfortable in the enclosure...he ate like 8 large crix in one session. I just took the advice of the experts here and left him alone for a few days allowing him to acclimate.
What part of so cali...
100 voters isnt all that bad, statistically. 1280x1024 and 1024x768 (or something inbetween) are the most common screen resolutions for the average user these days...and seems like your poll just confirms it.

Google "can chameleons eat firefiles?" and you will get a good idea...
Oh my gosh...great idea. I looked at buying them by the thousand and it is ridiculously cheaper...like 15-20$ for 1000. Ahah. But then again I am a new, first time, cham owner. So im sure down the road when I am more comfortable and confident with my cham raising abilities...I will raise crix...
I try to feed my Jackson's crickets 1 by 1. I have a maze of horizontal branches in the upper part of the enclosure. I just pop one in the tube, and help it onto the branch with a chopstick. Then he does the rest. I really like to know that he is eating plus its fun to watch him hunt them down...
I have a big tropical tree (potted) that I let my jackson's hang out in. I put it out in the middle of the driveway, away from other plants and in direct sunlight. The large leaves from the tree provide tons of shady spots. I also shower him off with a light shower from my hose 2-3 times...
I bought most of my setup from them, but never anything live. Decent email support but they dont send a confirmation when the stuff ships. At least I haven't received one out of 3 orders.
I have a question. How do you guys distribute the crix each time? I setup my enclosure so that I can release the crix 1 at a time and the cham can track it along a system of branches until he snaps it up. I usually dont have a bunch of them running around in the enclosure though, is that bad? I...
I feed every morning, I think my Jackon's expects it now. But I only feed one at a time on the "cricket run". Usually he will eat about 4-5 depending on how gut loaded each one was. When he isn't making moves to snatch them up, I just stop. Sometimes he will only get excited for 2 crix..then the...
I have been feeding my 2 year old jackson's everyday and usually in the morning. He will eat anywhere from 5-8 large gutloaded crix per day, but I try to limit it to 40 per week if I can. I have had no success with worms either, I gave up for now.
