Same happened to my chameleon when he was 6 weeks old.. I was very concerned like you and asked the breeder what could it be? But he said that it was just fine.. And he was surely fine! After 1-2 weeks he stopped the blinking, maybe he has something trapped in its eye? Try misting his cage a...
I'm looking for a Jacksons chameleon I'd like to add to my future cham collection. What Jacksons species are best starters?? And a list of Jacksons species in the pet trade? I'm looking for a small one! Thank you!
Thank you! I'll try to get clear clean pictures so you can see his true beauty!!! I feed him roaches, crickets, supers, horn worms, butterworms, and am going to start feeding silkworms. The crickets and roaches are gutloaded with 100% fruit/veggies. Apples,pears,carrots,squash...
So my chameleon is 6 months old.... I'm kinda worried of him because he looks a little small to me. These pictures were taken a week ago, so that will give you an idea of how big he is. He is very healthy! Drinks and eat gutloaded insects, gets supplements, not stressed, you know.. He's healthy...
Give it some time :) I gave mines 3 weeks before I took him outside. He was scared and turned very dark like your cham in the pics but slowly he will learn that outside is a good thing and that it can be very fun then being in his cage. My cham has more colors then when he's in his enclosure.
Hello everybody! I had a quick question I would like to ask and hope what's best for my little guy. As of now my male veiled chameleon is 6 months old. I got him when he was only 6 weeks old so he is used to being handled. Since he was little we had a routine of just handling him 3-4x a week...

Hey guys! Well I finally got my veiled chameleon! When I got him,he was 6 weeks old. For the past 2 weeks he has ate just pinheads and dubia roaches since he still tiny. Ik I could feed him fruitflies but i feel he is a little to big for that and will finish the whole culture of flies in 2...
Try getting them local!! Much cheaper!! I got 100 breeders and 500 mix for just $50!. If you can't find any local try online websites! Look on abdragons. But they don't sell breeders.ill tag a website or 2 with breeders later (: let me just remember there names and for silkworms look on the...
Heyyy roaches are much healthier than any other feeder really.they will not infest your house either, unless you live in Florida where they are illegal. You should first buy just like 100 and see if you cham likes them. If they do I would recommend starting a colony with about 100 adult breeders(:
I think you should research a little/way bit more. Look on the forums hear they have real great questions and answers! You really need a UVB light. In my opinion I suggest a 10.0 just because a 5.0 doesn't really give off alot of UVB in a large enclosure. And to much D3 is real bad and can...
Try asparagus fern!! It looks reall nice and has never died on me! But only looks nice in some enclosures depending how u set it up. But if you do get it get the soft fern looking one not that hard long shaped one:D
So I got my very first chameleon!! He is 6 weeks old and got him 3 days ago! He is very active and eats great. I was wondering how often can I hold him? He's always in this creamy green color like any other healthy baby. i just took him out once and he was perfectly fine! He didn't run away...
