There are always varying opinions :) If Nolvosan is ineffective against coccidia i'm not going to bother, trying to keep costs down.
I have a great steam cleaner that reaches temps over 250 degrees which I have been using. It's hard to keep that velocity and temp in a large area with the...
Ok great! Sorry more questions. I don't want to second guess any part of the procedure.
Do you use the peroxide on everything including the plants? And what about porous surfaces like wood or fake vines? Do you use a spray bottle or scrub peroxide in with a cloth.
How safe is it for the animal? I worry I'm going to clean with a Chemical, rinse very well but miss 1%, the chameleon or feeder comes in contact and gets the cham sick.

how many of you have used this to clean and disinfect your cham's enclosures? I need a good cleaner that can rid my enclsosures, furniture and tools from bacteria and parasites like coccidia.

Damn...I was so affraid of this, I kinda new it though.
I can get a fecal done whenever I want, my girlfriend works at the clinic where our local herp is. The problem is he is out on vacation until wednesday. I do have panacur and albon at home but no panazuril.
What really sucks about this...
That is my biggest worry right now, that the parasite treatments and all the cleaning didn't do the trick, or even did greater damage. It has been a couple of months since we did the treatment so I'm trying to gather up a fecal sample as soon as I can get my mits on a fresh sample.

I feed Trogdor (8mo male veiled) around 20-25 crickets a day. He eats them all. The crickets range from 1/2"-3/4" in size, and they are fed collard greens daily with the occasional carrot treat.
Am I overfeeding him? I was reading little-lard-butt and it seems like maybe 20 is a bit much.
I was actually just thinking about this, Trogdor hates the cold habba mister so i've been hand misting with warm water. The coffee maker idea ROCKS SOCKS!!
i live in northern california where there isn't much humidity. I think I've been getting by so far, the mistking should do for me.
I just had the thought that maybe the finer mist would stay in the enclosure better but if not then i'm not going to have two water systems running in my apartment.
yeah i'm thinking about it, I have a mistking that I'm not setting up until I get trogdor a larger enclosure.
How well does the fog stay within the screened enclosure? I don't neccessarily want the surrounding area to get wet from either the mistking or a fogger.
