ur new cham seems to look like a male congrats ,screen cage lots of vines plants etc,5.0 uvb uva light reg house bulb you need to pur chase two more calcium and make a dripping system and also you need to get where the water is going to go you can put a bucket and clean it daily
that the old pic the one on top is the new one so it was maybe his bones,anyways you shoukd never really wait for what people say on chameleon forums and just go to a vet asap

you may not want to replicate their enclosure because they expecting to sell those cham quick but sometimes they will be their for several months and chams hide any type of sickness till they get transfer and all weird stuff starts to happen
