Any ideas on how to get my chameleon to stop climbing on the side of his cage. He has plenty of stuff in his cage so I wonder why he does it.

I was told to feed them as much as they want until they are 9 months and then you have to cut back. People just say to not feed them anything up to 5 hours before lights out so they have time to digest. Hopefully this helps. I am not an expert by any means this is just what I heard:)

I will try to get better pictures tomorrow because he is not in the mood today It looks to me that the 2 pieces on his tail are really loose and with probably be off by tomorrow. I will keep you guys posted in the morning :)

That was another piece of shed that also didn’t fall off. Both pieces look like they are about to fall off

How long should it take for a 4 month old Panther Chameleon from start to finish to shed? My Panther chameleon began shedding yesterday and still has she left in his tail and legs.

Do you use a light stand or just a deep dome? If you use a light stand, what kind do you recommend? I have a deep dome but I might get a light stand to be extra preventive of thermal burns:)

I am only using a dome for the heat light:) I am using a T5HO for the other light
