it's about 80-85 Fahrenheit outside and inside my house is 70-80 Fahrenheit (thought it would be cold inside...and not enough humidity) should i have him inside from now on?? I usually leave him outside since it's sunny BUT under shade...like a patio roof

no i do use luke warm water...never cool water... i know that from running and never drinking ice cold water...just room temp :D

12-14 hours should do it for them...if they are inside... I usually take my cham out in the morning, afternoon to get some fresh air and bring him back in around 6pm-7pm and turn it off around 8...(first the reptisun then the 60 watt bulb) For the lighting, the reptisun 5.0 18" Uvb bulb...
