Is it normal to not see any colors in my 4 month old panther?

Hey Luke, mine looks very similar to yours in color (the last pic I showed was him at his brightest). I've read that baby panthers usually have darker gray colors when basking to absorb more heat. Kubo's daily routine sounds pretty normal to Toby's, as well. Keep us posted!

Handling for the first time advice!

I've been doing two things: 1. Actually holding the cricket with my fingers (sometimes too tight so Kubo can't actually get it) or just having it on my hand. 2. Putting a few crickets in a small tub and holding it in front of him. After a few days he seems to really like this, he's even come...

    Brand new cham owner!

He's a male! As far as names go, I was thinking Skaarf, cause he loves scarfing down crickets so far. He's 3.5 months old according to Bruce (he's one of Cowboys offspring). One question I did have was dusting crickets. I've been doing calcium w/o D3 at every feeding. I have a little tub with...

    Brand new cham owner!

Hey all! I just got my first chameleon and am incredibly excited to venture into this world! We used to breed water dragons, have had several ball pythons, some tortoises, and now an Ambilobe Panther chameleon! I got mine from Bruce over at chaneleonparadise.net, and I couldn't be happier...
