I agree, you want a T5 with at least 2 bulbs in it. I use a 24" 4 bulb to grow the live plants well.

No you need a water waste bin under the cage. Our cages get misted for 2m 4x a day .. That water needs to go somewhere. The tote makes it easy to catch that and clean wit ha shop vac.

You need to get some Dragon ledges. Your screen will tare in time. Get some black Aquarium silicon to repair the screen holes. Your feeders will get out from that hole.

I dont see any problem... Looks normal to me. When I take my Panther outside his colors get lighter and brighter. He also does that in his cage I noticed its when he is on the hunt.
I got a Dragon XL and a Zoo XL cage. I had to modify the dragon cage to fix the gaps on the doors. Way to big.. The Zoo XL went together much better. Had no gaps that needed fixing. I was not impressed with the Dragon cage. I liked the Zoo better. I do like the dragon ledges and the bottom...
yep, always wash your hands before and after handling... Believe me the poop your cleaning off the bottom is not the hole load. Everything comes into contact on the way down. Your Chams walk that daily.
