yeah thats what i did. just hot glued it on from the inside. and i lined the bin below the ridge with packing tape so they cant climb out. they cant climb on the tape and it gives them 5 inches or so to climb the walls if they so choose. if theyre well fed they generaly just stay in the egg...

Cool story about this. My girlfriend went to an expo to pick up my cham for me because I had to work. The person she bought it from actually quized her and because she remembered all my little rants of research she got it for a nice discount because so many people have no idea what he's asking them.

when i got my 2nd cham he would keep 1 eye closed most of the time, often both. but he used both eyes to snag his food. i think it was stress that caused this issue. it lasted for about a week, he's now quit normal.
I had this problem back in the day. Someone suggested I buy one of those reptile calcium spray bottles they have at petco. Use three drops (use a dripper of some sort dont spray it) orally. Directions are on the back, simple and works. It fixed the problem.
