    LED 14k reef light. usable?

Hey y'all. I was checking out lyr new wicked 40w grow led for my plants. Definitely gonna get one when I build the forever cage. My question is- I have a brand new 32w led made to grow coral. Baby enclosure

For a cham that young, ur going to need lots of tiny bugs. With all that cardboard , there is endless places for bugs to hide. That'll get expensive real quick. Probably better to just throw a live plant in there for height

    exo-terra sunray, lyr led's

Hello folks. Anybody have some feedback on longterm usage of the metal halide fixtures and bulbs. There was a lot of excitement awhile back and it seems they've been put on the backburner. I'll probably take the safe route of arcadia 6 or 12%, a 6500k and a halogen for heat, but I'm curious of...

The definitive lighting thread! Everything you really need to know

fantastic thread!!!! Just read this whole thread! A great rainy day read. Any update on the sunray halide? It seems a dual t5 6 or 12% arcadia, a 6500k and a halogen for heat is the cream of the crop. Thoughts?

I've used them in aquariums as well and are great for growing coral. Just thinking these are the closest replication to sunlight. I agree with the uv meter. Thanx for feedback

    Cold weather shipping?

shipping ask a pet store for an insulated styrofoam box that they use for fish. Place a heat pad (or a few skiing glove warmers) on the bottom and top inside the box. This can raise the temp up 20 degrees.wrap the deli cups with the chams in newspaper so they are not in direct contact with the...
