    bearded dragon shedding

Beardies don't need high humidity at all. I mist normally every morning, and what I have done in the past to stuck sheds is spray them or the area with the shed very lightly, however often I feel is necessary. Bathing is also helpful, water temps should be mid 80s, and you need to be careful...

    I am upset.

What makes gargoyles and leos deserve more attention that an anole? Make no mistake, I would not buy an anole myself, and gargolyes are near the top of my list for favourite herps (well, geckos at least.) It is still a living thing and just because you deem it worthless, doens't mean that...

OK and Not OK Fruits to feed to a cham?

Confirmed! ;) Haha. I never use brocoli. I sometimes do use tomato for my beardies and iguanas though. I use leftovers from what I feed my reptiles for cricket gutload, as well as carrot, orange, potato sometimes, and melon rinds.

How important is a 'solid bottom' in an enclosure?

Those are Flexariums and yeah I don't like them either. They worked well for my 3' foot ig because they are strong but there are lots of downsides to them.

Why do chams eat soil ??

I'm a little confused, I've been told many times not to use substrate with chams because "it WILL cause impaction!". Tom Carlier and Kristof De Moor, do you use substrate safely in your enclosures? P.S. EcoEarth coconut husk is the substrate I used

    ShedEase

How do I get him to stay put while I apply the mineral oil? I predict it being very challenging to massage his tail seeing as he isn't too fond of me, haha.

    ShedEase

I have a Veiled Cham and when I got him he had some stuck shed at the end of his tail. I thought it was from a recent shed but apparently it wasn't. I've had him for a coulpe months now and it has improved but there is still some shed and a little scarring. I was wondering if I could use the...
