i have tried its extremely hard ive tried with all three of my cameras, its a white dot i massaged it back in then put a dab of ky on it before i turned out his lights
I need another opinion, it keeps popping out when he uses his tail, ive massaged it in multible times, My parents refuse to let me go to a vet saying its "just a lizard"
it may or may not have been a prolapse but i used sugar water and massaged it back in, then warmed him up, i hope it will stay in.
incase it doesn't can a exotic vet stitch this little guy he's really small.

you can buy a screen cage then use shower curtains and tape to close up two sides, its water proof and cheap
or if your bent on glass or plastic size buy the right size and insert it, for more permanent use silicone and can even remove the screen if you like
i dont know much about outs... chameleons but i do know 10/10 forum members will say removed the bark as its a risk of compaction when they roam to eat crickets, and 90F seems kinda hot for a baby ( it is for panthers and veiled)
maybe someone who has experience in this chameleon will help you...

i made this insert with insulation foam then covered it with drylock then painted it with acrylics.
ive also asked this question, im pretty sure its such a variable there isnt a exact weight, so i imagine if your chameleon is healthy and not to exposed (thin, sick, fat) the weight is fine.
