i usually feed her just 3 crickets a day, only 5 when she doesnt eat much the day before. her poops are rather small but she does poop everyday like clockwork so i was worried that i wasnt feeding her enough. ill try to get her used to feeding every other day, hopefully she wont be too bitter...

hey everyone, ive seen alot of recent threads about open mouths but i find this situation to be a little different. my girl veiled has found yet another thing to worry me about. ive been catching her with her mouth open during night hours, usually 2 hours before she sleeps. and shes always...
i live in jersey and although the weather has been fairly nice for winter (its been in the high 40s this week) im wondering whether or not the silkworms would survive being shipped from florida. and my chameleon just loves silkies too much for me to wait until spring! coastal silkworms can ship...

i noticed in the video that there are tiny bugs crawling around the roaches and i sometimes find them in my cricket enclosure. are they harmful at all?
very cute! splat seems very content drinking from his "water fountain" :P ive been struggling with the humidity in jersey, and i ended up soaking my chams laying bin because ive been misting so much!
ive had two veileds that HATE turquoise from a small animal dripper i use. my boy used to flatten up and sway back and forth trying to challenge it. the female i have now doesnt like red and one day without realizing i had a red towel on my head after a shower, she stared at my head and slowly...
ive noticed that my chameleon never laps water from her leaves, she only shoots her tounge out to catch droplets. and often times she misses. I mist her cage 3-4 times a day for 3 minutes at a time and run a dripper for at least 6 hours during the day. ive noticed her urates getting a bit of...

just curious, when he does the nose popping sound, does he do it awake or asleep? ive noticed my cham doing it for a little bit just now and its every minute or so, but shes asleep.
and i would stop feeding him mealworms until hes bigger and even then id offer them sparingly. chams can end up...
