i've also heard of someone alwhile ago just putting a piece of egg carton in the bottom of the enclosure. and once the bugger is on it you can take it or kill said cricket.

um not to sure why he would be sleeping towards the bottom of the cage. Mine sometimes does that too but he still is up on vines about 8 inches off the ground. i would try to upgrade his cage size though. thats awfully small for a panther.

Iput them in a cricket keeper with a ton of cartons a dosh for food and i throw lettuce stalks in for moisture. ive heard of using corn cob on the bottom of the enclosure but not dirt?? dont you think cleaning and what not you would kill some of the crickets

yahh thanks for the reply, the are doing pretty well when i first got them they werent moving to much. but now one of them is all over the place you can still see some of the effects of the MBD though. but i will definantley have to try out that stuff you recommened
