she may just be getting ready to shed , their skin gets an almost milky color before shedding ..also make sure you read up on laying bins since she's a female and they wll lay eggs even if not bred

I noticed you said your basking spot was 70-90 degrees...for Jacksons 90 is too hot , I wouldn't let the basking area go over 80-82 degrees ...good luck I hope she will be ok

No, def not, u want your cage to be completely dry before lights out or your cham can get a respiratory infection ..your cage should also dry out in between mistings
Sounds like the poor guy has really bad respiratory infection , he def needs to see a vet , obviously he also has parasites and that needs to be treated also ..good luck hope he will be ok
