Yup! I can't wait for someone to have success with a clutch in the states. Mine are doing fantastic, but not breeding at this point. https://www.chameleonforums.com/updated-pictures-ch-cristatus-25807/
Another good reason to house chams separate is so that you can tell how much each is getting to eat and drink. You can tell who's fecal matter is who's. If you see yellow in with the feces, that is generally a sign of dehydration. White is a good thing. :)
Worms can be cup fed, and I found...
If you have a constant dripper along with multiple mistings a day, chances are they are drinking and you are not seeing it. Can you check their urates and make sure they are white and not yellow? That is a major key in checking hydration. :)
ETA: Are they caged separately?
I will hopefully be able to make it for the Puyallup show, but otherwise it's just too dang far to drive for me. Being on the very East side of the state has it's draw backs a lot. :(
Have you tried joining a tortoise/turtle forum to look for information and get input? They can be so helpful. Most of them that I have found are not just tortoise related, but they have a mix of turtle people too. I have found them very helpful. :)
ETA: Here is a link to one if you are...
