    Micro Free range

My only concern would be humidity, water, and heat. I'm building him a free range on my ceiling so he stays high up and maybe leaving the cage door open so he goes back in there for food or warmth

    Drowning?

For some reason the accumilation of water in my tank constantly drowns my crickets (which are in a cup) so they don't hide but the water running off the leaves keeps drowning them and I'm going through crickets like crazy. Any suggestions?

I've tried that:( he ignores it because of my hand. If its in a cup and he is slightly hungry he will easily go for it

    Humidity, feeders, DIY

I have a veiled. But to keep my temp up in the cage/ room I directed my small heater toward the opening on his cage. It creates a on and off airflow (specifically when temp goes down) and allows the fogger to cycle all the way around with added heat. I never have to worry about heat, humidity...

    Humidity, feeders, DIY

The rain system is the second picture. Really cheap and works great! I leave it on at night on low so the humidity stays up. I've heard nothing but back and forth on what range the humidity should be at night so I mist before I go to sleep and leave it on

    Humidity, feeders, DIY

Personally I bought a fogger? Just to help at night and when I'm not home. I also bought a fluker dripper and customized it with a multiple air hose connection to create a rainfall system with a catch at the bottom. You can buy it at any pet store for $5 and just attach the hose to it. ill post...

    How to trust

How do you perfect your chameleon to trust you? When I take Valcron out of his cage he seems to enjoy it as we'll as me a little bit more. But however when I do go to bring him out he really doesn't like me. He will eat out of a cup but not my hand. And I have to search for him to get him to...

    Smidget's first free range adventure.

He's so lucky! Haha I want to do the same for my Cham but I don't trust him enough to drop down from high up and make a break for it and never see him again:( maybe when lights out and see what he does? Cause I know when it's bed time they find a bed and stay there for the night but it makes me...

    help with habitat

Is 24x24x48 to big and a lot to maintain? Including heat and humidity? Found one on eBay. I want to buy a pre built and modify for when he is proper size to enter

    Behavior

When valcron gets upset sometimes when I go to pick him up he curls his tail all the way and pulls back. When I have him out and gets comfortable he wraps his tail around whatever he can to be secure. Unfortunately each chameleon is different. You just gotta learn about him
