Yes, the colours will depend on what type of chameleon you got. And it does often take several months for baby panthers to show any colors. It will often start as spots of colour then gradually grow from there. Some develop earlier than others so you cant panic if you see someone's thread with...

Sleeping pictures from a month and a half ago I just found these pictures I took of him sleeping back at the end of September. They're terrible pictures, but give a pretty good idea of how his sleeping colours lighten up a lot. so he DOES have white in him, lol, he just doesn't show it.
