i currently am raising one jackson, about a year old and i have a diverse set up of fake vines, leaves and a nice piece of driftwood, he seems to love it although he is indoors
im curious as to who else is keeping their chameleons in an explorarium... i would also love for people to post pics on here of their Jackson Chameleons set up for i am interested in how other people are succesfully keeping them- thanks
ya i dont have the moss one and the one i have you would have to cut with scissors to get anything off of it. and how the hell did he get it in his but haha:eek: im located in Monroe which actually isnt too far from you, about an hour and a half i think. only 45 minutes south of madison
first i had eco-earth coconut fiber based soil, it was a pain in the ass to clean, dead crickets that i didn't find right away began to mold, roaches burried themselves in it, and i swear i saw my chameleon accidentally miss some food and eat a chunk of soil so i immediately went out and got...
o alright ya that makes sense. i'm really just trying to avoid a problem with supplementing because from what i understand, once you notice the problem its most likely too late. :(
ok i would be getting the one without the d3 then, and i realized this, its all because i couldnt remember everything all at once so i was trying to figure out what i was looking for but then i found everything just surfing the web but i still had questions about the supplementing, my bad on...
just ordered some spirulina and repashy cal plus. but my reptivite has D3 and i was told multiple times to only provide my jackson with d3 once every 6 weeks, any more than that would be over supplementing. how much of the repashy should he be getting tho and should i always gutload my crickets...
