Nice pics and fat little babies. Heika, a lot of those examples you posted links to look much more like an Ambanja before Ambilobe, to me at least. The last example, from the Euro site seems a dead on match to the animal that sold in the classifieds recently. Corrolation? Probably. Nice yellows...
Very helpful Chris, thanks. PVC for me seems to be the way to go. I'm going to try out the "L cap" method to see how it works - with the pipe pointing onto the screen. If that isn't working for me, I'll switch up to a pipe along the top with holes cut in.
Does anybody have any opinions on...
Yes, it was your set up I saw. What was your experience with it creating percipition? I would be using a smaller, thicker planted screen enclosure - about half size of your cage. I'd run the pipe to the top of the cage like yours and burn 3 small whole directed down at the cage. I was thinking...
I saw another forum member here have a set up where they cap the humidifier with a tupperware type bowl (4 oz?) and glue a pvc pipe to the cup and have it run to the top of the cage with a few holes pointing down toward the cage that the fog comes out of. I was thinking that the tubing was a...
Very impressive looking animals guys. Andy is supposed to be getting a shipment of Meru's 2nd week of June. Seeing these guys and having been tempted to get one when posted on KS, I am really looking forward to how the Merus look.
It was my understanding that Willengensis was the last name...
Nice Northern X New Local Emerald Tree Boa male. Little bit aggressive on the perch but mellows out once you get him out. Very nice yellowish green color and pattern on him. Eats off the tongs no problem. No issues of health or digestion problems. Solid addition to the collection. Below are...
Although I do not condone these kind of acts, this sounds insanely funny. That batch of moonshine must have been especially potent to come up with that idea, let alone film and upload it to youtube....
This is why you have to loooove CA. When in trouble, tax the hell out of anything the moves. It's a great solution! Yet another industry that will be choked to death in the State because the Politicians can't take care of business.
"The only prints I have available are three from my Jungle series featuring birds and orchids, and one botanical orchid peice that was featured in the AOS magazine. I would love to have more prints made, but it is a really expensive venture and I cant afford to make a bunch. Im hoping one day I...
I enjoyed it very much! What was your medium, Watercolor? One bit of a critique, and very small mind you, is that it lacks a bit of depth. A few shades darker in the back would make the front pop. Again, very small critique, overall extremely impressive and not bad on company time... ;)
Our friend from Nashville makes 4 very good points. You should concentrate on a W2 night and weekend job before trying to breed chameleons to pay for College. Really, get a job bussing tables. Easy work, you'll make decent tips in a nice Restaurant and if you're lucky get a chance to see how a...
"Aquarium safe silicon is safe to eat (though not recommended)
bugs dont last long enough in my cages to get to chew on anything, so I'm not concerned regardless. "
I think the key point in this statement is they don't get to chew on anything you are aware of. Crickets are little basteeches...
IMO you should be careful with any of the products mentioned so far. All those materials are easily edible by Crickets, save for the most part Acrylic. Maybe not harmful to a Cham but I doubt anyone could say that they are for sure not harmful.
You forgot Tyler that both Chams and Girlfriends/Wives will take half your equity if you aren't careful! Hahaha. Your comparison cracked me up man.
I think everyone would be quite surprised at the loads of money the big guys are hauling around in trucks with gold rims doing this... or...
