ive read that they are high in calcium so they are good for females who have just laid a clutch, but i think they are a little fatty too, so not too many should be fed too often
thats pretty sweet to get a vet to watch your cham for you. Luckily my dad loves reptiles so when i went on vacation he took good care of my cham and geckos.
my chameleon usually puffs up and contorts (stretches) a couple of days before she sheds. She doesnt lose any appetite at all though lol shes still a piggy though the process. There will be some white spots that appear on her skin then she will shed soon after. I mist the cage a little more...
i think you should only keep babies together but i think they will be alright for a little while, but you should defietly get some more cages real soon

You can give your chameleon mealworms from time to time. If you want to give your cham some variety, try getting some super worms, silkworms, and horn worms they are all better than mealworms

never kept pygmies before but panthers and veilds are known as good beginner species. I would begin with doing research on both species and then decide which one will better suit you. Panthers are a bit more expensive as well but overall chameleons are pretty darn expensive to keep lol...
are locusts the only type of feeder you are giving her? If so i would suggest getting some other feeders, chams can get tired if they are given the same food over and over, again. Id say pick up some superworms, and give a couple and see how she likes them as well as the locusts. You could...
