Have you just the one rep? Just asking because if you have more it might be worthwhile breeding your own, then you'll know the quality of whats going in your Cham :)
If you mean 12 wide by 6 inch deep that's not deep enough. The 12/12 is much better dimensions. They usually dig down, at an angle quite often on the edge, and all the way to the bottom.
Problem with just 6inches, when she has gone as deep as she can there's a chance she won't feel 'hidden'...
