Update on Oshi
Fecal came back negitave. The vet gave him some liquids, vit b, calcium and the new bulb came in so I have that up and running. He seems to look like he is doing better. I had him out in the sun for about an hour yesterday. Still have yet to see him eat or drink though there is...
I will look into that. I have the light at the recomended distance for the burn in period and I am positive that its one of the newer bulbs but I will be changing over to the tube as soon as I receive it in the mail.
I just re-read the post by Dave Weldon in regards to the CFL Bulbs and I...
question regarding hydration
I have been placing him in the shower to hydrate him but it has not seem to help. I am some what wary of trying to use a syringe and water to some what force feed him water. Any one have any suggestions. Sorry I am at work and just reading the boards and wanting to...
No but if you could please PM me with his info. There is an exotic vet near where I live but I don't know how much he knows about chams so any info you can give me on Dr. Alfonso would be very much apperciated.

bandi,
I have a little male veiled as well he is around the same age and size. I honestly think it really depends on the Cham some seem to grow faster than others. I do know that I need to get a fresh fecal sample to take to my vet because I am some what concerned regarding his lack of...
I don't have a Panther but I have a Veiled but mine starts to have like little spots of dry skin and then all of a sudden its like she exploded and flakes are every where. She is still kind of young and doing a full body shed but I have heard of others that just shed pieces at a time ... and yes...
You sound just like my wife. LOL but to dmrich, I am assuming your Chams are large enough to eat the adults. I made the mistake of feeding off all of the smaller roaches before my colony had a chance to start reproducing and now I am waiting for the new babies to start showing up. I have had my...
I have a 5 1/2 to 6 month old Veiled and she is eating adult crix. It just depends on how big your Cham is. I think the standard is that you don't want to feed them any thing that is larger than the space between the eyes of your Cham. I might be off on that though so I will leave it to the pros...
From this photo I am not sure why you would assume that ... you are not able to see if in fact there is or is not a tarsal spur.
But I agree they appear to be bruises to me as well. Please note I am by no means a pro
How old is your cham? Just wondering I my self have 2, one male and one female but they are only about 4 and 5 months old.
Also I am not a pro but I would think that if your cham is wanting or willing to eat the greens and there are no signs of other problems then I would not think there is...
