I grate carrots, yams, apples, and some greens, freeze, it, and pull out little bits as I need to so it does not go to waste ... I am also going to pick up cricket crack for the dry portion :)

How often do you clean it out with the fresh fruit in there? Do they just eat everything so its no clean up or is it something i need to pay a lot of attention to?

I am setting up a dubia colony and want to know what brand of heater your guys use? Many say they heat constantly at 100F, is that too hot for dubias?
