So I have been trying to figure this out with my chameleon making popping noises and all. Everything points towards a URI, so I am going to take him to an exotic vet ASAP (Tuesday). The one thing that is bothering me is how did this not happen at the breeders but happens with me? Did he have it...
Very nice catch! I remember when my little guy would try that.
I do have one quick question for you after watching the video I saw one that was labeled 001 and had a chameleon making a popping noise what was that?
Thank you for the heads up on the tomatoes, will not be doing that again. The popping noises seem to be coming from the throat. He does no open his mouth to make the pop it just happens every once an a while. This pop started right out of the container and he would fill up his throat with air...
Okay for those who have seen my other posts know I have been having some trouble recently. With the popping noises and all I thought it was a URI. This morning the popping was more then usual so to keep an eye on my little guy I removed some of the plastic sheet I had on the sides to help with...
It hasn't really been a day more like a few hours. i am positive it is him you can see the air escaping from the throat as it pops. He doesn't do it a lot and he always goes back to normal. is eating fine as well. He is very active. I also noticed he seems to do it when he sees someone.
Hey guys some of you might remember my post about my chameleon making popping noises with his throat. Well he went back to the breeders for two and a half weeks he did fine there came back and looked fantastic. Well after the day has passed and lights are about to go off the popping starts...
Let me try to explain me (a man) saw these pictures and couldn't help but go "awww how cute" and to restore my manhood I had to go outside and throw rocks around (just kidding). In short it was just a joke and they made my heart melt:D
Same here I have been with my girlfriend for very close to 4 years and if by some chance something like this did happen I would not agree to term like this I should not have control over her like that. She is my partner not my slave who follows my commands. This is my opinion
ok before this thread finds its way into the void of forgotteness I want to know what anyone thinks of this. While I was going to bed last night something popped into my head and had me thinking for a while. Sea level. Now I can be way off with this but I am still just thinking maybe the sea...
he does puff up and exhale when nothing is wrong. I observe from far. I have also noticed sometimes they are quick breathes. I did take them to the vet that didn't seem to go over very well. He may very well be here to drive me crazy. I thought my job would cause me to have grey hair i'm pretty...
Thanks I am trying my best :). In short he said the color of his mouth was wrong and prescribed eye drops. I think he did I talked to the breeders about it they didnt think it sounded right at all.
I provide good airflow I open my window and crack my door to provide the airflow. I can move him that is possible. I use cricket crack apples/oranges switching off carrots and various greens that I have read about here on the forums.
This is what I have been wondering! but the fact that i saw a decent amount of saliva confuses me. he eats fine and drinks. He is very active, sometimes i see him raise his head like he cant breathe forgot that part as well.
